Caucus Forum is an independent social club that is non-partisan, non-sectarian, non-political and was established by persons of like minds.
The forum was incepted in June 2020 to bring together friends, colleagues, college mates and workmates from three counties of Jonglei State particularly from the areas of Duk County, Twic East County & Bor South County.
The group identify themselves as long-term friends who have been studying, working and connected together in various parts of South Sudan and beyond. Their togetherness was born in 2017 during the Jemezza incident when innocent children and elderly persons were attacked by road bandits along Bor-Juba highway. The Forum with its wider network and objectives refined its humanitarian approach into the registration of Solidarity Action Group (SAG) that later evolved into partnerships with agencies lie Flood Management Initiative (FMI) an NNGO that was particularly supporting victims of floods in Jonglei State in 2020 through to 2021.

To be a social hub that advocates for harmony and self empowerment
The Caucus Forum continues to inspire and aspire to solidify the unity of its members, the community and the larger society through the spirit of peaceful coexistence for common objective. The forum puts the interest of its members on socio-economic, empowerment and developmental activities with the principal priorities and objectives as follows;
- Empower its members and build collaborations for the interest of members.
- Foster and encourage the spirit of unity and companionship among members and between the CF and other friendly associations and/or social clubs;
- Act as a forum for discussing matters affecting the progress and well-being of members.
- Organize such activities as may be deemed necessary for the attainment of any of the objectives contained herein.
- Provide for and engage in acts of philanthropy in favour of the needy members of CF and the society at large.
- Promote investment for the wellbeing of members.
- Provide financial assistance to members on occasions accepted by members as provided for in this Constitution.
- Acquire land for general investment (the CF village, agriculture and schools) and for other purposes in the States of the Republic of South Sudan.
- Promote Sports, Culture and Tourism as unifying factors and to support talents of its members as well as those identified in the community.
- Equip members with modern and marketable skills.
- Lobby to create employment opportunities for members.
Guiding principles
The CF observes the following guiding principles when exercising its functions and powers:
- Pursue its objectives without political, religious, social, cultural, sectional, gender or any other discrimination;
- Ensure equality, equity and justice among all members;
- Respect individual democratic rights and freedom of members; and
- Uphold good governance, intolerance to corruption, accountability, transparency, participative democracy, teamwork, and loyalty.
