Sports, Culture & Tourism Committee

Terms of Reference of Sports, Culture & Tourism committee:

1. Organize and supervise all the Caucus Forum sports activities
2. Champion collaborations with other sports agencies for the promotion of sports for peace among members as well as the forum’s stakeholders
3. Encourage members to engage in sports activities for fitness
4. Develop rules and regulations towards the establishment of CF Sports Club such as CF Football Club, CF Wrestling Club among others
5. Develop partnership with Sports Agencies across South Sudan and outside the country.
6. Build collaborations with Sports Clubs and encourage participation of Caucus in Sports activities
7. Administer Caucus Forum Tournament including the modalities, seasons and particulars related to such activities
8. Organize competitions such as Cultural and Sports Day for Caucus Forum and stakeholders/partners
9. Develop Sports awards leading towards the identified activities of the Forum.
10. Build, establish proper sporting guidelines for the Forum.
11. Develop weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and yearly Sports activities for members
12. Perform any other functions as shall be necessary for the promotion of the Cultures and Sports among members together with its partner institutions
13. To provide monthly progress reports to the CF office
